This class introduces the Qigong beginner to Qi, or your life-force energy, through a slow, gentle, and healing routine called the 4 Brocades. This complete set of movements is easy-to-learn regardless of your age or physical ability. It will help strengthen the whole body, including the internal organs, and promote good health and increase longevity. Benefits include reducing stress and revitalizing health and well-being.
