Awakening Qi 8-Day Challenge

Awakening Qi 8-Day Challenge teaches you a series of 7 beginning Qigong practices (1 a day). These individual practices are combined on Day 8 into a complete 20-minute routine. You will also learn how to feel and sense your Qi, or Life Force Energy.

These practices are designed to help you start on a path of physical and mental healing and wellness. This class is of value to anyone regardless of their physical capabilities.

What You Will Learn

  • How to combine these movements into one 20-minute practice
