How the Class Works

Main Points

  • Seven individual lessons that culminate in a complete routine on Day 8.
  • Self-paced class – do one lesson a day, every other day, or one per week.
  • Each lesson has an introduction and an instruction video. 
  • In instruction video:
    • Watch what I do
    • Listen to the narration
    • Follow along with the movement
  • Each practice finishes with Shaking and Sensing, then Gathering and Storing.
