In Introductory Infin8Bagua Circle Walking – Silver Form, you will be introduced to Qigong and Circle Walking exercises. Bagua Circle Walking is a complete practice and is simple to learn. It accomplishes healing objectives and development of energy in a faster, more effective and simpler way. That’s because the basis for the practice is walking, something that’s familiar to most people. You don’t have to learn and memorize a lot of movements as in Tai Chi or Qigong practices.

This class includes handouts and a free practice video.

It yields powerful benefits similar to other energetic arts, but with fewer movements.

Prerequisites

You must be able to walk practice Infin8Bagua Circle Walking. No other experience is required.

This class is a prerequisite for Intermediate Infin8Bagua Circle Walking – Silver Form.

What is Infin8Bagua™?

Infin8Bagua™ is rooted in the ancient Wudang Mountain tradition. This tradition draws upon the 3 classical schools of energy, also known as the 3 Paths: Medical, Martial, and Transformation of Being.

Infin8Bagua™ is a complete system of longevity that refers to the infinite energy of the I Ching. This system is the core essense or the master template for all energetics, including Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My unique teaching style encorporates the ability to take the esoteric and spirtual and make it practical. This approach makes it easier to get started and draw upon the rich benefits of this system.

The Longevity Center class/clinic is intended to present information and techniques according to the instructor/therapist’s best knowledge and experience, and is to be used by the student at his or her own discretion.
