In this intensive, in-depth class, you will learn the Infin8Bagua Circle Walking Gold Form as well as Qigong, warm up, and meditation practices. The focus will be on learning the energy movement sequences for practical healing and self-transformation purposes.

This class includes handouts and a free practice video.

In addition, you will be introduced to the traditional explanations for the connections of the Gold Form  movements to the I Ching: The Book of Changes. This book is the master template for the entire Infin8Bagua energy system.

Prerequisites

You must complete the prerequisite class Intermediate Infin8Bagua Circle Walking 1 – Silver Form before taking this class. Failure to do so can result in injury or incorrect Qi flow.

What is Infin8Bagua™?

Infin8Bagua™ is rooted in the ancient Wudang Mountain tradition. This tradition draws upon the 3 classical schools of energy, also known as the 3 Paths: Medical, Martial, and Transformation of Being.

Infin8Bagua™ is a complete system of longevity that refers to the infinite energy of the I Ching. This system is the core essense or the master template for all energetics, including Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My unique teaching style encorporates the ability to take the esoteric and spirtual and make it practical. This approach makes it easier to get started and draw upon the rich benefits of this system.

The Longevity Center class/clinic is intended to present information and techniques according to the instructor/therapist’s best knowledge and experience, and is to be used by the student at his or her own discretion.
