Introductory Qigong Five Treasures

In this introductory class, students learn a short, complete 15-minute Qigong routine called the Five Treasures Set. It’s a perfect introduction to Qigong practice for beginners. 

The 5 Treasures Set:

  • Reduces stress and revitalizes health and well-being
  • Is easy to learn regardless of age or physical ability
  • Help you discover Qi, your life-force energy

If practiced for 15 minutes daily, the 5 Treasures set will leave you energized, focused, calm, and refreshed.

This class includes access to a practice video.

(The Five Treasures set is not included in the Beginning/Ongoing Qigong classes.)
