Cosmic Tour Bagua is unique in the way that it epitomizes the cycles of energy transformation as presented in the I Ching. Unlike other Bagua systems that emphasize the martial arts applications, Bagua Cosmic Tour focuses upon energetic development for health and spiritual transformation beyond physical bounds. The Cosmic Tour Bagua system consists of two main parts. This class focuses on the first part: Merry-Go-Round. 

Merry-Go-Round has a total of 12 simple postures that are practiced by walking in a circle in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. Beginners usually find this set very easy and simple to learn.

Prerequisites

You must be able to walk to practice Cosmic Tour Bagua. No other experience is required.

COSMIC TOUR BAGUA

Transformation 1 Class

This rare and unique movement system features a special circle stepping method based on the
 i Ching, Book of Changes.  This system is comprised of 2 main sets: 1. MERRY GO ROUND (prerequisite) This set is easy to earn and practice. 2. Cosmic Tour Bagua 8 transformations, consisting of 8 individual sections.

Transformation One “Whirlpool”

With its flowing movements, it epitomizes the water trigram as its central theme, Flowing Without Obstruction, and is the focus of this class.

Arnold Tayam, Dean of the International Bagua Institute, is the only person authorized to certify students in the Cosmic Tour Bagua, recognized through the CHI Health Institute (a division of the College of Tao). Only properly certified teachers are authorized to teach the movement arts or any other material from the Ni family
