Sunday Morning Tai Chi – Registration Closed

A weekly class for beginners, where students learn the 108 Yang style Tai Chi form. Yang style Tai Chi is the most popularly practiced form of Tai Chi in the world. Relative to other styles it is easier to learn and its soft, slow, circular movements make it ideal for energetic cultivation, health and spirituality. Taught by Mike Chegini, Longevity Center Associate.
