Sunday morning Tai Chi class starts May 19 2013
A seven week series class for beginners, where students will learn the Yang style Tai Chi short-form. Yang style Tai Chi is the most popularly practiced form of Tai Chi in the world. Relative to other styles it is easier to learn and its soft, slow, circular movements make it ideal for energetic cultivation, health and spirituality. Taught by Mike Chegini, Longevity Center Associate.

Time: 9 AM – 10 AM
Date: Sundays, from May 19 through June 30, 2013
Tuition: $160 for entire 7 week class
