Qigong For Teens: 11/04/2012

 

In this class students will be taught a few techniques to regulate energy, manage emotions, release stress and improve mental focus.

Qigong is particularly noted for its simplicity which makes for easy learning and practicality for specific usage.

These Qigong practices can help the student navigate through this important stage.
