Healing Through Movement – Tai Chi 24 Short Form

Learn the 24 posture Yang Style Taijiquan form. This form is the most popularly practiced in the world. Relative to other styles it is easier to learn and its soft, slow, circular movements make it ideal for energetic cultivation for health and spirituality.

8 postures will be taught in classes 1, 2, and 3; class 4 is refinement and review.
