Intro Tai Chi Half-Day Class
A half-day class for beginners, where students will learn the Yang style Tai Chi short-form. Yang style tai chi is the most popularly practiced form of Tai Chi in the world. Relative to other styles it is easier to learn and its soft, slow, circular movements make it ideal for energetic cultivation, health and spirituality.
